Privacy policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

The short version: this website collects nothing about you. On social networks, I may quote a short excerpt of a public comment you left on my posts, credited with your public handle, and I take it down if you ask.

Who is responsible

Never Have AI is an independent editorial project run by Stéphane Moriggi, a private individual based in France, who is the data controller. Contact: neverhaveai@gmail.com.

On this website

No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no forms, no accounts. The animation and the sound are generated in your browser by code that comes with the page: nothing is stored on your device and nothing is sent back. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it against attacks, under its own privacy policy.

On social networks

Never Have AI publishes on TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Bluesky. Each post asks people to correct what the AI imagined. When you comment, your comment and your public handle are visible to us, as they are to everyone.

When you write to us

If you email us or send a direct message, I use what you send only to answer you, and delete the conversation 12 months after our last exchange.

Legal basis

Quoting and crediting public comments relies on our legitimate interest in publishing an editorial project built on its readers’ corrections (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). You can object at any time, and the quote will be removed.

How long data is kept

A quote stays in the post and in the Atlas for as long as they are online, unless you ask me to remove it. Emails and messages are kept for 12 months after the last exchange.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website. A social media publishing service publishes my posts and lets me read the comments on them. Anthropic provides the AI model. The social networks process your data under their own policies. Some of these providers are based outside the European Union; transfers rely on the safeguards they offer, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use, or to restrict it. Write to neverhaveai@gmail.com or send a direct message to any of our accounts: I answer within one month, and remove quotes within 7 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Children

Never Have AI is not meant for children under 13. If I have quoted someone under 15, ask me and I will remove the quote right away.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
